Running from October 28 through November 30, 2025, this limited-edition menu invites guests to discover, decode, sip, and savour The Macallan limited-edition cocktail and whisky experience in a stunning rooftop setting.
Guests at Strato Melbourne can immerse themselves in a refined cocktail experience, featuring bespoke creations inspired by The Macallan’s Double Cask and Sherry Oak Collections. Each cocktail is carefully crafted to highlight the rich, layered flavours of The Macallan, with all serves priced at $35.
The menu draws on the brand’s signature expressions, offering a balance of sophistication and approachable flavour.
For those who prefer to savour whisky in it's purest form, Strato Melbourne also offers an extensive selection of The Macallan’s iconic expressions. Guests can explore the nuanced profiles of the Double Cask and Sherry Oak ranges, including 12, 15, and 18 Years Old expressions, making it a destination for both whisky aficionados and those new to the world of premium single malts.
“The Double Cask range combines American sweetness with European spice, creating a balanced, layered character,” says Kirsteen Campbell, Master Whisky Maker. “The Sherry Oak Collection’s depth and complexity comes from sherry-seasoned casks, with rich fruit and spice notes that evolve over time.”
